They are both AM2 - so it should fit fine. That said - do you really want that cooler? I guess it looks ok - but it costs so much for not much performance, http://www.custompc.co.uk/reviews/248382/asus-triton-81.html.
Do your self a favour and get a TRUE with this noctua fan. Cooler, quieter, better- and it also fits.
