Questionnaire help

Im writing a questionnaire on Student attitudes towards crime and i need a few more questions but im just blank. I have the usual about locking doors etc. a few about being the victim and im now writing a section with statements and asking if they agree or disagree with those statements. but again im blank.
anyone got any suggestions?

so far i have have you been a victim of crime
give details fo the crime
Has being a victim chnaged your attitudes towards crime
Do you know of anyone else who has been a victim
Do you lock the doors when you are at home
do you ever leave your doors unlocked when you go out
if so why
and then my first agree/disagree statement is...
if you are careful you wont become a victim of crime


so basically. i need more stuff, questions and statements
