It has one tri-cool 120mm fan at the back with three speed settings (low-mid-high, or "quiet", "ok", "noisy"). There is space up front for another 120mm fan, which is not included. Whether you need a front fan or not depends on whether you're putting in some hot components or not - the case is supposedly good on airflow. There's a review of it on www.silentpcreview.com (the version without the PSU is SLK 3000B).
