Questions about modern PSU (EVGA 650 G2)

Hi all,

This is my first 'modern' and modular psu.

I used to power my 970gtx with two cables from my psu, now there's a split cable that can be used. Even EVGA shows videos using one split cable to power one GPU. Isn't it better to use two separate cables though?

Hi, the 650 G2 is a single rail PSU so all connectors run the same rail. The quality of the cable is also good to connect the card with just one cable but of course if you want to you can also use two cables
