Questions on CWM Nandroid + Titanium Backup

1. I have a Nandroid backup from which I just want to extract the SMS's,Call Log, apps+data - I heard that was possible with Ti-backup? Can pls you explain how?

2. When restoring a Nandroid backup - do I wipe all data/cache/dalvik/full wipe before restoring?

1. You have to go to menu -> extract from Nandroid backup. It's been a while since I've extracted a backup from a Nandroid, but it wasn't easy to identify what packages you needed to select in order to restore certain elements, like SMS etc. That might have changed though.

2. I think the Nandroid script wipes everything before restoring anyway, but it won't hurt to wipe anyway if you feel more comfortable that way.
 
working ok for apps+data but...not sure how to restore SMS+CALL LOG from Nandroid.

Anyone now how?
