Questions on over clocking :D

hello,

1) when over clocking do i have to run those applications every single time i increase 5Mhz cuase that will just take a year to get to its highest point wont it?

2) how do you know what temp should i stop at? like if the components can handle more but getting hot what temp should i limit myself to?

3) the begginers guide said increase the FSB and it will increase CPU and Ram speed, so what bout graphics card like the 8800gt

No problem. I should add that increasing the PCIe will not directly 'overclock' your gpu, more it will increase the possibilities of overclocking the GPU when you overclock it in windows. ok now i know to stop over cloking a CPU when it crashes unstable and hot, but does those programs test how stable the GPU is and temp etc.

=/ i dont like crashing i panic and do stupid things like pull the plug lol i think i probably leave the 8800gt alone and overclock my CPU and Ram only i guess 8800gt is good enough for games today for now....
