Questions on SLI

Yea, its actually rather simple.

You just need to get a motherboard that properly supports it (dual PCIE x8 lanes minimum), a second card of the same model (any brand GTX 470 will do) and a PSU that is powerful enough (looking at this review I would go with at least a quality 750W PSU).

With all this kit ready - just insert the cards into the full-speed PCIE lanes and install the SLI bridge (comes with the motherboards) linking the two cards. Plug in all the power connections and boot up. Then install the latest version of nvidia drivers and go into the Nvidia control panel - and set the "multi-GPU configuration" to "Maximise 3D Performance", from there you should be sorted.
