Questions on the Enthoo Luxe BLACK

So I have decided on upgrading my PC for definite this time :D and with this comes many questions im sure, and what are my options for watercooling in the Enthoo Luxe? Can anyone link any nice looking build logs, or give me tips when building in it.

Also, could someone possibly build me out a full loop (unsure if i want to include GPU yet, probably, but still a bit unsure)
The cpu i will be using is out of the 6600k, 6700k or the 5820k (still undecided) and my GPU is an R9 290.
I would like the liquid to be red, or the tubing to be red, and yes i know, red and black, but the RAM i wanted went on Black Friday sales, had to be done and it was either Red, White or Blue, although white was tempting, red and black stuff is just easier to come by and much cheaper than white, and didnt really fancy blue!
I am also unsure on whether to go hardline or soft tubing, although it is my first build, I am pretty sure me and my dad could figure out hardline tubing and make it look really good, but that is also a question.

All I am asking of you lads is, What is watercooling like in this case? What should i go for? I am on a budget (amount unknown, as little as possible I suppose and ill see if i can fit it in the budget!) What are the 'recommended parts' and could someone spec me a full watercooling loop if you like, Liquid and fittings should also be taken into consideration!

I found it very easy to build in as it has a lot of room. I used soft tubing as it was my first time.

Your budget will dictate what can be used as there are a lot of options. Just CPU only will be much cheaper than including your GPU (which you can add later).

Tube res or bay res?
How many rads?
How many fans?
What size tubing? Hard or soft?

I will number yours just to make it easier :p
1) I would quite like a tube res as i think they look fantastic when used right.
2) However many is necessary.
3) It dosent really bother me, just enough to provide decent airflow, not too loud or expensive.
4) Sizing dosent really matter, whatever is best for the fittings :p
5) I would like to do a hardline, but it looks a bit too adventurous for my first time, so probably soft!

This is probably the cheapest way of doing it;

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £217.98
(includes shipping: £0.00)

The Rad has to go in the roof of the case with the fans above it as I suspect you will have clearance issues otherwise.

Picking parts separately will increase the cost but does enable you to refine things more to what you want.

Will the DDC pump be okay?

Yes. Someone else would have to comment on using a tube res in the case though as I have a bay res.

From what I understand though, D5 pumps are preferred

A quick spec list thats cheap & basic. No drain point or temp monitoring included and its a 240mm Rad which is fine for your CPU only.

Just looked at your build log (saw it ages ago, just looked at it again) LOVE that bay res...

Changed the block, radiator, res and taken out the fans (I have plenty that should be okay)
Changed the block to: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/watercool-heatkiller-iv-pro-intel-acrylic-clear-wc-030-hk.html
Changed the rad to: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/xspc-ex360-120mm-radiator-black-wc-085-xs.html#
Changed res to: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/monsoon-m2-reservoir-d5-premium-chrome-wc-151-mo.html

My fans are the Arctic F12 120mm, will these be good for radiator use?

The Monsoon bay Res is great.
It has various colours, no vibration from the pump (D5)
My inexperience caused me a couple of problems first time around but when i took it all apart a few months later to alter and add to it, it was much easier to work with.
The trick was attaching the pipe first and then slotting it in with enough room to fill up.
The pipe can then be cut to length afterwards.

My log doesn't show it that clearly I've just noticed....

Here's a pic or 2 taken just now....

Can't comment on the block, Most popular is probably the EK Supremacy Evo range.

A 360 Rad should be okay, you may find it awkward to fit though unless you employ some cleverly placed zip ties to help you.
Angled (45 degree) fittings might be a good idea too

If this is your fan, then it won't be very effective.

AS well as the bundle I've already posted, these are good options too;

Sorry dude, didnt even see you replied it didnt show up!
That bayres looks awesome!
The fans are not the ones you linked, nor are they on OCUK, if you go on the rainforest (bought them ages ago dont kill me) and search arctic F12 they are the normal fan style ones.

Question for anyone else that reads this, I need help.
I have about a £500 budget, plus whatever i make back from selling my 8320 + 990FXA-GD65 motherboard and 8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz ram, and probably another £200 after christmas, to get a CPU, motherboard and watercooling gear. Minus about £450 from that original lets say £820 then what could i do to watercool the following:
Intel 6700k OR 5820k
R9 290
And my case is the Phanteks enthoo luxe.

I just need it to be quiet, cool and look good, but not break my little wallet ;)
If anyone can spec me something LOWER COST, that would be INSANE!

Cheers lads!

I would LOVE to go hardline, like you did, but probably soft...

Check back in a bit as I'll just edit my post :)

I didn't look at the case to see what rads fitted in there. I think the EK ones are the best looking although they do cost a bit more.

I popped the 290x block in there too but I don't know what you are doing with that :)

Edited it a bit as the Enthoo Luxe can take a 360, although id like to get the EK rad, cost is a factor...
This is what ive pieced together, and by my count i only need 8 fittings?
Let me know if there is any improvements, or things i dont need.
I have ordered a 5820k, so i can save a few quid on the X99 block :D
