Questions some advice please

First SSD caching, am looking at buying a 60GB SSD and caching it, do I need to re-install windows again when setting this up? also any good site have some benchmarks on performance.

Second I need to buy a mic for chatting online and with team speak I need it to have very good noise cancelling, doesn't need to have ear part, just mic. I will use push to talk because I play games through a powerful 5.1 sound system so background noise cancelling is a big must. Any recommendation?

You should be able to just install the app for caching.

However i would look at a SSD about 40GB max.

Am happy to go up to 60GB for it. you think that to much?

From what I've read there's diminishing gains. You might (and I don't know the answer) be better off with a 60GB OS drive rather than a cache drive.

If you are going with a 60GB i would be tempted to put the O/S on it.

See if I was going with an OS drive I might has well go big but the price of ssd is way over the top at the moment. I read some good things about caching so I need some good site with benchmarks to see what performance boost it gives.
