Quick 2405 question - funny screen just before windows?

Ok had my 2405 now around 2 weeks and love it but I am getting like white lines and fuzzy stuff just before the windows login screen pops up. When its in windows its fine and also when its going through the pc startup in dos its fine it just flashes up this messed up screen before the windows logon. Is this normal?

You sure you aren't just noticing that screen now? I think I know the screen you mean, and I've never thought it was anything but normal. :confused:

Yep welshtom i have 6.4 so its the drivers and not he monitor?

yeah i get this with the 6.4's too. freaked me out as i'd just changed the cooler on my gpu, thought i'd broken it lol
