Quick 4890 Temp Question!

Hey guys, just a quick Temperature related quaestion for my new 4890 I got today (First one was DOA and RMA'd by OcUK) currently seems to be idle/system running at ~42c GPU Temp, 42.5 (GISPIO), 49.5 (MEMIO), 42/5 (Shadercore)

I know the big "concern" really is gaming/stress temps, but just wanted to make sure this looked ok, worry a bit after the first one being DOA (XFX 1024MB 4890)

Theyre fine, but as you say its load temps that matter, so long as these dont exceed 90-100C youre OK, 90 preferably but think it throttles at 105ish

Absolutely fine.

with enough ventilation you shouldn't see temps over 70C, my o/ced 4890 doesn't hit more than 72 whilst running furmark in an Antec 902.

I'll try some gaming later then and pull GPU-Z onto the other screen, cheers guys.

Also what version of drivers would you recommend? (Running W7 Home Prem 64 bit)

9.11's are fine to run, temps look about the same as mine.
