Quick 9800pro question

Yeah i know its old now but my 6800GT just died so i'll have to use the 9800pro till i get a decent replacement, so i mainly play BF2 right now will the 9800 run summat like 4xAA ok ? or am i gunna be stuck on 2xAA ? was hoping for atleast 4xAF too

so will a 9800pro run BF2 with 4xAA & 4xAF on medium to low settings ? 1024 res

You should be able to since you have 2gb of ram

i ran a 9800pro on battlefield 2, best i could get was a mix of low and medium settings, no/AA/AF 1024X768

Ive not got it yet , bought it from a forum m8 for 20 quid and should arrive in the next few days.

Im currently using a 9700pro which plays BF2 at mostly medium (low lighting effects) with 2xAA and 4xAF and its quite smooth so not sure what was wrong with your card locutus12

if your doing that with a 9700pro, why are you asking this question ?

Coz AA takes quite a hit on a cards performance and having used a 6800GT for two years at 4xAA i want to know if a 9800pro will handle 4xAA , as 2x doesnt look very good imo
