Quick Advice Needed : Upgrade?

Specs:

Athlon 64 3500+
2X512MB Corsair CMX512-3200C2PRO DDR SDRAM DIMM
7800GTX

Is it worth grabbing another 2 sticks of the ram (totalling 2GB) for £85?

Be better going for 2 x 1gb otherwise you will have to run memory at 2t.

I know - but is that a reasonable price?

I could have course sell my ram and get a 2X1GB job from OCUK.

Your choice. I would go for the 2 gig kit myself.
