My mum rang up carephone warehouse today (2hrs ago!) to cancel her o2 contract (1 month notice). The CS managed to convince her to stay with them and put her on a new deal. She didn't ask me for any advice and just accepted it.
So, I've just got off the phone to them and they're saying that because the new contract has been accepted/put through in the system they can no longer cancel the contract. If they did, then o2 would fine them £7k
Is there any way we can get out of it now?
