Quick airflow question

I'm planning to get a Magnus pro desk (yes I know, probably overpriced, don't judge me), and would quite like to get their PC mount to hang under the desk.

This will cover part of the top of the case where I have a 360mm radiator. Would this be really stupid as it will affect airflow, and potentially cause the air to blow back in, or is it unlikely to make much difference. I've seen a few videos/pics where people have this setup, and it kinda seems to me like it could be an issue?

As long as you have some space it will be OK. The desk will heat up and completely open is better but it won't affect temps too much.

Thanks, I'm not worried about having it under the desk as such, it was more a concern with the bracket blocking some of the airflow from the top of the case.

What case will you be using?

Its a Phanteks G500A with a 360mm radiator for an AIO cooler fitted in the top.

Just to explain what I mean, with the below image as an example you can see how it goes across the top of the case.
