Quick Alpenföhn K2 Mount Doom question

Just ordered this with a few other parts, but I completely forgot to about thermal paste. It's been a while since I built a PC and so just never thought.

Does the heat sink come with a strip already applied?

It comes with a small tube that you need to apply, not bad stuff either iirc.
