Quick and Dirty 9900k OC?

Ok so I ordered myself a Gigabyte Aorus Master mobo / 9900k / ram bundle today which will be used almost entirely for High refresh Battlefield 1/V gaming..

Overclocking / testing / benching isn’t my hobby and I don’t want to spend too much time faffing around running prime95 or whatever it is you kids use today.

Could someone kindly recommend some quick and dirty overclocking settings to get me started please?

I have ordered a Corsair H115 AIO cooler and I’d be happy with around the 5ghz mark..

At £999 it’s a great bundle

Yes I’d been wanting (and putting off) upgrading my platform for years as it’s such a hastle to re-install all my software - but it was a good deal I couldn’t refuse and Battlefield will eat up all those extra cores!

Folks always say that there’s no need to upgrade from Haswell just for games, but I can tell you now my 4.6ghz 4770k (whilst it has been *fantastic*) finds its limit during hectic 64 player matches - minimum frame rates should be much improved.

Sadly I had to buy a new case for my new AIO cpu cooler so I ended up spending £1300..
