Quick and easy webserver software for testing?

Is there any software like apache which I can easily install and remove just to see if my HTML is ok?

I do not need PHP or any of that jazz, just a quick and simple webserver program would be ideal... Unless there is one already built into OSX?

There is one built in (SysPrefs > Sharing > Web Sharing).

Mongoose is also very nice. No install needed, runs out of a directory.

If it's just plain HTML with a bit of Javascript then can't you just save it as a file and then point a browser at it?
