I'm with TMobile Pay as you go.
I loaded up my mobile phone with £10 just before lunch, made two quick calls to EDF and Npower and I'm out of money again. Looks like I am being charged about 50p per minute with the first minute or two of the call costing more. Most of that time was spent sitting in queues.
Can this be right?
It would be cheaper to run a BT low usage account than suffer costs like that for 0800 and 0845 numbers.
A question I would like an answer to if possible please - I have a Virgin broadband connection. It might make sense to have a phone put on the line too. If I did this would I be screwed for the types of calls mentioned above or are they more reasonably priced.
Thanks in advance.
