This build should be able to run vista ultimate x64 shouldnt it?

Mobo - Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 & DDR3 Motherboard

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz(1066FSB)

Ram - G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PQ PC2-8000C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit (F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ)

Graphics - HIS ATI Radeon HD 3870 XT ICEQ3 TURBO 512MB GDDR4 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express)

Power Supply - Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU

300gig maxtor Harddrive (used from old pc)
 
Easily, why would you doubt that it could? The graphics card supports DX10 and all the other parts are well above the minimum requirements. If you haven't already bought then I might suggest not going for the combo motherboard and just picking the DS3R that just supports DDR2 but it is a small matter. :)
