Quick build question

Hi guys,

Currently building a new machine,

Using:

Would it be a good idea (im thinking it is but just want to ask on here first! ) to put the Venom fan so it is pointing upwards out the top of the case?

No I didn't buy any extra fans, does it not really matter then?
