quick buying advice

My mate's away to go C2D and has offered me his current CPU RAM MOBO for £200.
It's a AMD X2 3800 which seems to run fine at 2.6, an Asus SLI 32x Mobo, and 2GB of that black DDR500 ram from G.Skill
I'm assuming all that's worth £200?

Yes definately worth it!

That "black" G.Skill DDR500 is the HZ series which is an oc gem.

*EDIT* just noticed your sig you already have a C2D rig??

yeah i already have c2d but might stick the X2 in my second rig and sell my Uber clocking 4000+ then sell the sli32 board and also swap my 2GB kit for his. hmmm or run 4GB!!
