Managed to get hold of a 2011 scirocco 2 days ago from an official dealership. Incredibly the car has not bluetooth capability even though the previous owner went to the trouble of speccing the optional rsn315 sat nav unit.
Anyways, the dealership have been kind enough to offer to fit this unit for free

They have told me this will not give additional bluetooth streaming however
Anyway, just a couple of concerns i have. The car has the optional dynaudio speaker setup and an auxilliary. Does anyone know if fitting the bletooth unit will
a) have any impact on sound quality or speaker setup
b) will the auxilliary still be functional?
c) Will i be able to listen to music via auxilliary and be connected to the handsfree simultaneously with no unwanted affects
d)Any other considerations?
If theres anyone here who can offer their opinon or has had a similar unit retrofitted please impart your wisdom. Im always slightly sceptical of retrofitting bits and it having an effect on exisiting components
Cheers guys. Unrelenting source of knowledge here at OcUK as ever
