i3 / i5 (faster dual core preferred over slower quad core - would consider AMD if considerably cheaper)
2-4GB
MATX Board
Case
Very low end GPU (If onboard option isn't NV)

No optical drive, hard disks or OS.

Would Like: Integrated wireless, integrated GPU (Nvidia preferred), small case
Wouldn't Like: ATI on-board graphics.

Uses: Java / C / PhP development

Mainly trying to see what I can get for £450 otherwise will probably go Mini Mac

Cheers!

I didn't know that, I've seen quite a few references to something along those lines (like "This motherboard must be equipped with a Intel something something CPU in order for the onboard graphics to function" - I guess that's what it means.

this would fit the bill nicely -
