It all looks good to me, I probably wouldn't bother with the Raptor as the 7200.10 is close to as fast and has way more space.

I don't know if I'd go for the HIS card either unless you really want the Arctic Cooler, there are other cheaper X1900XTs available so I'd consider them.

I was thinking of small and fast for the os - is this an old way of thinking now?

ok, was recommended the HIS, thats kinda why I went for it. I will check out others.
