Quick compatibility question

Hi, will my ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO take 4gb of OCZ pc3-12800 (OCZ3P16004GK) with no problems ? The CAS latency is CL7.

I had a look through my mobo manual but cannot see that RAM on the Qualified Vendors List.

Looking at the specs the board will take 1600mhz ram but, you need to overclock to enable to operate at rated speed.

Thanks , the board is rated at 1800mhz+ , as long as the RAM is compatible I was prepared to have to do some tweaking to get it running at 1600. For some reason a lot of RAM seems to run under it's intended operating value unless you tweak it in the bios.

All my systems I have needed to manually setup the voltage, timings & speed.

This will be my first build for over 10 years, would it be ok for me to get your advice on setting the timings etc when I recieve the RAM ?
