Quick Conroe Q's

Just a quick Q or two, my Core2Extreme X6800 obviously came with the stock cooler. I'm assuming this isn;t much cop and I should get a better one - can anyone recommend one?
Don't mind paying that bit extra on the CPU cooling, most important part of the machine in my opinion, though since I use a lot of media, I'd like one that's quiet as possible, while cooling as well as poss (as my machine is on 24-7).

Second Q, and even more newbieish than the above, the Conroe is 1066MHz FSB - what speed RAM would I need? I've always been a AMD user until today, so always just got RAM to match the FSB (400MHz RAM to go with the 400FSB), but that does not seem to be the case here.
I do not plan to OC.

Thanks :)

Looking at the SI/XP-120 (what's the diff. btw?), they don't state socket 775 compatibility (which I assume Conroe uses). 'course might just be a mistake on the page.

Intel cooler does look pretty large, would be interested to see what people think of it in terms of noise though.

As for RAM, G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5300 (2x1GB) CAS4 seems to be the stuff of choice for non-OC usage. I did assume I'd need DDR2 800, but the above is all I need?

Cool, cheers guys :)

So I'm looking at G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5300 RAM, and going with the scythe ninja for CPU cooler until I can know for sure the XP/SL-120 works on the socket LGA775 :)
