Quick cooling question

After opinions on the following if you can give me your opinions please :

I7 6700k cooling

Decent air cooler like the big nocturnal d15 dual or the be quiet dark rock Pro or an entry level else water cooler like the corsair hydro h100?

I have researched both but just interested in your opinions for a mild overclocked system.

For a mild overclock a £20 - £30 cooler will do the job.
