Is my Corsair XMS2 6400C4 good for 450? Going to use it to get my new Q9450 to 3.6 but not sure whether it's up for the job, heard before that it can get up to 500 with very slack timing! Don't really want to shell out for new memory.

I have the same RAM and its been stable for the past 5 months at 940mhz (470fsb) with 2.1v and 5-4-4-12 2T timings.
I have had it stable at 1066mhz with 2.2v and 5-5-5-15 2T but my E6320 is holding me back at the moment.

I haven't really played with the timings yet to see the best it will do at 4-4-4-12 but been running at 1066 (533) at 5-5-5-12 at 2.1v for the last couple of weeks perfectly stable.
