I'm buying a laptop this week. I've found one that i want, but there are two variations. One has a "Core 2 Duo T5200 1.6 GHz" and the other has a "Pentium Dual Core T2130 1.86 GHz" ... theres £50 price difference but not sure which i should go for, and will there be much difference?

Any advise appreciated!

The Core 2 Duo T5200 is the newer & believe it or not faster processor.

Intel's C2D architecture is a complete redesign from ground up therefore not only faster, but consume less power, etc ;)
