hi, i have a quick CPU Frequency Scaling monitor question...
should i set my cpu to performance, or keep it on demand? i have a funny feeling my laptop is running a lot slower than it should do (800mhz rather than 2.00ghz), but i dont wanna damage my pocessor by putting it on performance constantly. will i damage my cpu by changing this setting and putting it on performance?

what i'll do is set it to full power on mains, and conservative on battery. for some reason it was set to conservative even on mains lol.
