Quick Crysis question

I was wondering what settings and resolution should I be able to play Crysis on with the best fps possible with the below system?

Dual core [email protected]
DFI-NF4 LP
8800GT 512mb
Raptor 74GB
2x 1GB Ram
Windows XP

Best FPS possible? Low settings, at 640x480

But seriously, I think you'd be alright with most settings on high, some medium, at 1280x1024
