Quick question to those in the know

Can CS source be downloaded free if you buy halflife 2 (like the original) or must you buy both games?

Hi all thanks for all the replys, lucky I asked on here as I was going to buy just basic HL2 for 15 quid. In the end I Bought the Game of the Year edition for £20 which contains.

*Half Life 2 source
*CS Source
*HL2 - Death match
*Half Life Source
Is half Life source a remake of the original on the source engine? (if so sounds good!)
