Quick Dashboard Question

I've figured out how to add a part of a webpage to the dashboard via Safari (Yay me )

But I screwed it up the first time and now I cant figure out how to delete the dashboard item I don't want.

Help me please

Also while I'm here, what is the Safari equivalent of IE's F5 key (refresh)?
