I am a bit confused and need some help regarding quick disconnet and drainport. I have a 7/16 5/8 size tubing and couldnt find any quick disconnect that can fit this size tube. Is there another way or can thie size tube fit in a different size fitting? What is the most common way to bleed the system?

Thanks

I re-specced my tubing to fit with these connectors. I was going to the size you mention, but also couldn't find a quick disconnect that fits.

Went up a tube size to 1/2 3/4 (13mm / 19mm) to ensure compatibility. Hopefully diameter isn't too big for routing the tubes in the case. Went for a bigger internal diameter for an apparently better flow.

I can't see any 16/11mm QDCs. I think you'll need to use 1/4" BSP ones with a separate 16/11 compression fitting.

QDCs don't work for a drain port as the whole point of them is that they seal when you split the connection. You often use them if you need to split the loop to remove a component witout draining.

The common way to add a drain seems to be a t-piece or splitter of some form, then add a ball vave and cap. There are a few threads on it around.

Are you using compression fittings? Are there enough clearence for the fittings on the block? 7/16 5/8 fittings are already pretty big
