Quick DLSS 2.0 question

Other than choosing it in the games settings, is there anything else you have to do to enable DLSS 2.0 or is choosing the option in game settings enough?

And do games have to be written for DLSS 2.0 or is that now just the standard that all titles will use?
 
It's simple for developers to implement but at the moment they still have to code it in somewhere.

Enabling it in game is enough, then you tend to get an option between 'performance' or 'quality'

Thanks, I’m thinking specifically of SOTTR. There’s no quality option, just on or off.
 
SotTR is DLSS 1.0, for that type usually it auto-selects what it wants to do scaling wise so you only get on/off option.

Here's the RTX list so far (not 100% accurate in some cases, eg Amid Evil DLSS is on beta branch not release):
