Quick Dual Boot question (HDD)

Hey,

If I was to put a large HDD into my Mac Pro and formatted it to FAT32, would it be visible to both my OS X and Win XP systems? I would like to have a shared HDD to put files used in both!

As long as it's Fat32, both Mac and PC OS can read and write

Be sure you format it using OS X. The Windows fat32 formatter will not let you format a partition over 32 GiB.

Ok, so formatting under OS X will allow both XP and OS X to see it and also be over 32GB? hoping to be able to put a shared 250GB HDD in there.
