quick ebay question, sorry

just a quick question. if i list something on ebay, but it doesnt sell, do i still get charged the listing fees? also what if someone bought the item by mistake and doesnt pay, and we make a mutual aggreement. do i still get charged?

I've forgotten, and I've always managed to sell my items. Have you not checked the eBay site? Surely it's written on there?

If it doesn't sell you will still be charged the listing fee

If it sells, even by mistake, you will be charged the final value fee as well

You can go through a process to claim the final value fee back though, if the transaction doesn't go through that is.

You can but that would leave the buyer with a non-payment strike. If you can try and work it out with the buyer first, if their willing to cover your fees for their mistake it may not be necessary

I thought that if you didnt sell your item you had a second chance to relist the item for free?
