Quick eBay question then lock thread

Had some trouble with a zero feedback buyer; they didn't pay. eBay have relisted the item free of charge, but I'm worried If I leave them negative feedback they will do the same. I've got 100% positive at the moment and I'll be damned if that's gonna go down because some cretin didn't pay.

What should I do?

I just left the negative feedback. Even if the bloke does leave a negative back, I will then be 99% as I've sold 100 items exactly
