Quick ebay question

Hey i've just sold my phone on the bay. The buyer has sent me the money via paypal. I log in to paypal it says the money is on hold. The amount is there but it says that I will not have access to this money until 21 days have passed without a dispute or if the buyer has left me positive feedback. It also says send the item now.

Now this is totally legite but I thought the bay was trying to smarten up it's image.

There's no way that he could get the money back is there? I'm planning to send the item tomorrow. The address isn't Nigeria and his feedback score is good. I'm just a bit puzzled about the holding money thing thats all.

ebay and paypal is just turning into a big scam fest
send via recorded delivery and you should be fine

Take a few pics and register some serial numbers, then whip down to your post office and remember to make sure tehy put the right value of the phone on the postal insurance bit
