i posted out £70 worth a pc goods to a guy in northern Ireland. it was posted on the 11th oct via royal mail standard parcels by someone else for me. i have a proof of postage but no tracking number, he claims he has not yet got the parcel? if he tells ebay i pressume i lose out here as i am the seller and am not covered? thanks for anyhelp

thats correct yes. always send using a tracking number if its over 37 pound. you cna claim from royal mail but you will only receive 37 pound max

I'm sure the percentage of "missing" parcels has risen dramatically since Paypal claims were made so easy...

yeah i was thinking the same thing, the guy only has a 96% feedback aswell so something is fishy. cant see ebay or paypal seeing it like that though.

I noticed this as well! Well in my case was more like a guy send me a not as described parcel and when i sent it back to him with a tracking number with royal mail i lost the dispute as he claimed that he never received it. :/
