quick eve question - dual accounts

When I first started playing EVE I had 2 accounts, 2 seperate installs and just ALT+TAB between the two.

I then had a second monitor for a while and used a program that showed one client on one screen and the second client on the other. It all worked fine. No ALT+TABing just move the cursor over the second screen and it worked great. I am now back to one monitor.

However, I have just reactivated both accounts after a year away to discover that I can no longer use both accounts at the same time. The first client to load seems to stay active but when I ALT+TAB to the second it never appears even though it seems to be running.

Any ideas?

Probably somethign more to do with your hardware than the game. Have you changed anything in that year? Hardware, Drivers, Updates, anything?
 
I suspect the second instance is working fine - just displaying itself on the second monitor (which you haven't got :) ).

Put another monitor on or find a software fix to gather all windows back to the first monitor.

Just because you took the monitor off doesn't mean the second EvE instance knows it is playing to an empty house.
