Quick Exchange Question

OK, I've managed to get Exchange working properly (using Exchange 2003 now) and have managed to setup my ISP so that all mail is forwarded to the correct person.

I have one small problem. I have a general email which is [email protected].

Before we set up exchange, all users would receive any email that was sent to this address (on a first come first serve basis, i.e. whoever clicked Send and Recive first in Outlook would download the message from the server).

What I want to do is set this email address up in Outlook so that all users receive any email sent to this address.

When I try to add it to more than one user in AD a message appears saying that the email address is already set up for this organisation.

Anyone know what I'm on about and how to do it?

Thanks

You have a user account/group that is using this address already. Remove it and then add it to an account/group.

You may need to wait for the recipient update service to run it's course also.
