i want a complete base, so have i missed anything (exclude floppy)

right gona update agin in a few months, but wanna keep majority. all i will change is psu, gfx and probly processor. this be my first sytem that i wanna overclock, do you think the case, mb+ cooler will gel fine togther?

P.S whats the cheapest dvd drive that of good quality as i will only play games on it or look at movies as i have got a v nice external one i use for burning.

Change the Hiper Type R for a Corsair 620w.
You also dont need that sata cable, the mobo comes with everything!
Any NEC or Pioneer dvd burners are great, £20 is all you need to spend.

Also, do you not want a bigger hard drive, if i was you i would just swap the raptor for a 320gb barracuda 7000.10! Very fast indeed and good value. Raptors are quicker but overly expensive i think.

I would also change the Antec case for an Akasa Eclipse, the Antec gets extrememly dusty!

Good stuff, you will also need to add 2 fans to the order as i dont think the Akasa come with fans. Its an absolutley cracking case the Eclipse 62!

2 Akasa 120mm amber or Arctic Cooling 120mm and you are sorted.

I personally wouldn't get that.....get the Tuniq tower if you can. It's much better

i ordered the amber fans with vista to use on tuesday.

one question you think its safe to use the pc over the weekend with out the fans or

I think the Tuniq is much better value for your money, but I think the Amanda is s'posed to be pretty good isn't it?

From what I have read the Tuniq is the best air cooler you can buy.
