Quick first 5 quake live beta invites

Ok you guys got em ill do it now.However it might takes a few days for you to get your emails.Had an hour on it last night and didnt have any issues with it.Works just like normal q3 with all the options etc plus higher res settings too :D

If anyone has a spare invite I'd love one! Q3A is one of the games I spent the most hours on and I still launch it up occasionally even today! I'd love to betatest Q3Live, especially since I want to make sure it runs fine on Opera, which not a lot of people use! :)
Wonder if it will be possible to create mods for this game like you could for the original... Being launched from a browser would definitely simplify downloading user-created content you don't have I guess, so I hope it'll be possible! Oh for a game of Rocket Arena Live!:D

Quake 3, but for free (ad supported - in game too) that is downloaded and run from a website that will also include all your stats and stuff. Its a good idea in principle, but it doesnt really work. Its basically a cut down standardised Q3. You would be better off picking up a proper Q3 for pennies of the bay or somewhere. Having adverts for some random band and Enemy Territory stuck all over maps is tedious.
