Quick GPU Question

Hi all,

I'm putting together my first build at the moment and am not sure on what graphics card is better out of the ones i am considering. Please could you guys help me out by telling me which is best or if there is another one I should get around or under the £200 mark. I was looking at the

-Asus GTX 560ti DirectCUII
-Msi GTX 560ti Twin Frozr II
-Ati 6950

So the msi twin Frozr I better than the Asus DirectCUII??

Looking at the prices I would rather get a high quality 560ti than a low 6950.

My main monitor is 1920x1080 although I never really play much higher than the reaolutions that are sort of 12xx,13xx or 14xx

I'm not that bothered as I was running a 5450 for the last year. hahah

700w OCZ ModXStream Pro, ordered it last night.

And yeah I will be ordering the card in the next 2/3 days.

One last thing if I may chaps, with the GPU fans blowing air down if I wanted to put a fan in the side panel of my case would you put it as an intake or exhaust? . I've got a antic 300 with 2 intakes at the front and 2 exhausts in the top far corner.
