Quick GTA 5 question

Wanting to get back into this, but fancy going digital. Would my save from the disk version work with the digital version?

Yes it should.

I've done the same many times, albeit with other games. The only time i've had an issue are with GOTY edition games as they are treated separately from non GOTY. Oh, and different region games on PS4.

IE: If you played the UK GTA5 on disc, then bought a US GTA5 digitally it wouldn't work, PS4 saves are region locked IIRC.

I played originally on a standard UK copy, and intend on getting the standard UK digital version.

Sounds like you should be fine, if you're buying the same region game it should work.

i dont know about digital, but i have gone from console to console with gta 5 and started where i left off, your saves should be on your account of whatever console you use? im on xbox so my account is on live pretty much.
