 I am not the best with computers as probably guessed by what i am asking. Could some one just give me a quick guide how i display an image of what is in my overclockers basket into a thread? Thanks

you need a capture screenshot app then upload the image to an image hosting site and link it I think

As C64 says, I can never be bothered personally so I just copy and paste the specification but if you want to do it you can use a free upload site like Imageshack and link to it. Just as a matter of politeness remember to crop your images so that they aren't 1600x1200 or whatever, 800x600 or 1024x768 is easier for most people and will load quicker.

You need image tags such as [IMG ]www.the-url-here[/IMG ] but without the spaces.

Problem with copy and pasting you just get the prices and not the images and that. Or am i doing it wrong?

Print-Screen or Screengrab! add-on if using FF > paste into your imaging software, resize (1024 or 800) > upload to ImageShack, etc. The upload place/site should give you the links exactly how you should copy paste them onto a forum, e-mail, etc ;)

On XP and above.....can printscreen's clip be pasted in to apps other than MSPants?

I seem to recall spending ages on 98 trying to paste into photoshop, going mental, and then realising MS had restricted access to that clipboard to Paint only.
grrrr.

I don't have any other image manipulation software installed but I've just tried print screening an image into Open Office Writer and it works perfectly so I'm pretty sure it would work for any program.

You've always been able to paste print screens into other apps, even in win 95/98.
