Quick Help New Gfx Card

I'm trying to setup my new GTX560 to replace the old 4890 but when I put the new card in, Windows 7 doesn't fully load, it just gets stuck on the Loading Windows screen and nothing happens. What can I do? I removed the ATI drivers but do I need to install the nVidia drivers before I insert the new card or something?

Boot up and press f8 and u should be able to boot into safe mode but do this with networking then download the latest drivers and install them.

I was worried that once I installed the drivers it still wouldn't load but it did eventually.
