Going to buy one in a mo but to save me another trip can somebody tell what ingredients I will need to buy to bake a bog standard loaf from the recipe in the manual ?

thanks all :)

got it and bought a variety of flours & yeast to use

going to set it tonight so I have some nice bread for breakfast :D

right, just took out the first loaf and it smells amazing :)

The kneading attachment is stuck in the loaf though although I can't see anyway this can be avoided unless I've done something wrong

The recipe was ok, the bread was maybe just a bit too dense and doughy for my likeing

Got it making some sandwich bread atm that should be lighter.

I wouldn't mind some other recipes other than the book has or any specific brands of ingredients that work well

I may use bottled water too and see if it improves the taste a little

Tried some different yeast today and the bread was excellent

very light, fluffy and tasted great

the loaf was so much better than supermarket bread

Best I could get was Allinson, it was either that or the supermarkets own brand

I'll have to shop around but the Allinson is quite good

Having a problem slicing the bread though, I'll have to buy a decent bread knife
